• Report cross-border behavior
  People often think of transgressive behavior as sexually transgressive behaviour. But not only this behavior is transgressive. Bullying, aggression, discrimination, intimidation and violence are also undesirable transgressive behaviour. Together we look at what happened and how you can move on.
  
  
• Report Integrity Concern
  If things happen that conflict with the law or your integrity policy, you can report this. As a whistleblower, I will treat your matter confidentially and carefully. Together we look at the possible next steps.
  
  
• Sparring on behalf of your team
  Everyone within your organization has the right to speak to me individually in confidence. But it can sometimes be that you as a team run into something together. You may talk to me about these situations. I may advise you to have a specific colleague contact me. That we speak is confidential.
  
  
• Sparring about transgressive behaviour
  Are you not sure what to do with certain behavior, and whether this behavior is cross-border at all? I give you the space to tell what is happening, and what impact it has. I help you view the situation from a distance and think about possible steps.
  
  

• Work pressure
  If you experience a high workload, it often has a major and negative impact on your well-being. I recommend discussing this with your manager or HR department. However, this is not an issue for a counselor, so I can't help you with this.
  
  
• Terms of employment
  I am not available as a confidential advisor if you are dissatisfied with your terms of employment. A lack of appreciation in your terms of employment can be very annoying. I advise you to discuss your dissatisfaction with your manager or HR.

The fact that you are speaking to me and what we are talking about is confidential. That means no one knows that we have spoken, and no one knows what we are talking about. Not even your HR department. Our conversations cannot be traced from my records to your employer. I offer a safe environment in which I offer space for your story without judgment. If you want to, I can think along with you about how you can discuss your problems. But you don't have to: you are in charge of the issue we are talking about.

The only exception to this is when there is a criminal offense. I am legally obliged to report when a criminal offense has been committed.
