From January 1, 2024, companies are legally obliged to appoint a confidential advisor. With Vissers Vertrouwen your company meets this legal requirement. As an external confidential advisor, I help to increase social safety within your company by discussing the problems of your employees. I do this independently, confidentially and humanely. My name is Sander Vissers. As a confidential advisor, I support employees when they have a matter that they want to discuss in confidence. As an external advisor, I am outside your organization, so I have no internal interests or conflicts and can offer the safest environment for this. I give people the space to express themselves, help them reflect to them and think about possible solutions in difficult situations.
The situations I help employees with, often have a major impact on people's well-being. Sometimes they wake up with it and go to bed with it. When employees can't talk about this, do they drop out, perform worse or eventually resign. I believe it is very important for people and your organization to offer your employees the space to discuss these things in a safe environment. I offer that environment.
Your employees can easily and completely confidential report undesirable behavior in the workplace. I offer your employees space for the emotional side, while I also help to (be able to) think about solutions.
I make sure your employees know who I am, what I do, how they can reach me and how I can help. I do this, among other things, through the personal company page that I set up for your organization. See here for an example of such a page. By being approachable, I can help employees before the situation escalates.
I advise management solicited and unsolicited when necessary. I have been active in the HR domain for many years and I also have a master's degree in law. With this background I can properly assess which problems you as an employer should work on. Of course I still guarantee anonymity for your employees.
I am certified with the quality mark of the National Association of Confidential Advisors, which guarantees that I have the right diplomas, refresher courses and a VOG.
